    Veteran Nollywood actress Idowu Phillips, fondly known as Iya Rainbow, is celebrating a major double milestone, her 83rd birthday and 60 years on stage.

    To mark the occasion, the actress shared stunning photos and a message on her social media,  expressing her gratitude for a life well-lived and a career that continues to inspire generations.

    Reflecting on her journey, Iya Rainbow gave thanks to God for the strength and purpose that have sustained her over the decades.

    The actress also expressed deep appreciation to her family, fans, and supporters whose love, prayers, and encouragement have kept her going.

    She reserved a special message for her son and manager, Femi Phillips, whom she described as her pillar and daily joy.

    Known for her timeless presence in Yoruba theatre and Nollywood, Iya Rainbow’s six-decade career has spanned film, television, and stage, making her one of Nigeria’s most beloved entertainers.

    Fans and colleagues have since followed her comment section with wishes, prayers, and heartfelt messages.
