    Abroad-Based Nigerian Man Builds House For Father Who Thought He Was Dead (VIDEO)

    In a viral story that has captured hearts online, a Nigerian man living abroad has surprised his father with a brand-new house in Nigeria, after years of being presumed dead.

    The man, who had been wrongfully believed to have died while imprisoned overseas, took to the social media platform X (formerly Twitter) to share his incredible journey.

    For years, his father believed he had lost his son, suffering the pain of that loss alone.

    However, unbeknownst to him, the son was very much alive and working tirelessly to build a home for his father.

    In his heartfelt post, the man wrote:

    “After years of suffering in an abroad prison, my dad thought I was dead, but I was not.
    I was secretly building a house for him in Nigeria.
    I had to reveal my surprise earlier to give him more life.”

    The tweet has since gone viral, quickly resonating with many online, garnering an outpour of reactions in the comments section.
