In a heartwarming and hilarious moment many parents can relate to, a mom recently shared how her toddler confidently corrected a published author while they were reading together.
While going through a marine wildlife book, the mom casually referred to a sea creature as a dolphin, just as it was labeled in the text.
Without hesitation, her toddler, clearly a budding marine biologist, chimed in: “This is a killer whale, or an orca — not a dolphin.”
Whether it’s thanks to great kids’ documentaries or a genuine love for ocean animals, one thing is clear, this little one knows their orcas from their dolphins and isn’t afraid to set the record straight!
