Pomeyie Richard Norkplim is a businessman who has stated that he will always vote for the National Democratic Congress (NDC) in the 2024 elections. Mr. Norkplim and his team, which included Pearl Enam Hatsu and Juliet Osei, conveyed their sincere appreciation for the chance to support the NDC campaign.

Mr. Norkplim reaffirmed his faith in the NDC’s mission and current leadership, which includes Professor Jane Naana Opoku-Agyemang, the running mate of former President John Mahama.

Recognising the challenge of reaching every corner of the country to connect with voters, he has provided two brand-new GY 7 motorbikes and an undisclosed cash donation to support the 2024 campaign.

Mr Norkplim highlighted the crucial role motorbikes will play in improving campaign accessibility, especially in remote areas, thereby boosting the effectiveness of the NDC’s outreach efforts.

He hoped that the support would help the NDC in its quest to establish a “24-hour economy” and drive the nation toward prosperity.

He expressed confidence in the NDC’s ability to guide the nation in a way that benefits all Ghanaians and reaffirmed his commitment to a better future under Mahama’s leadership.

The donation was well received and is evidence of the private sector’s role in influencing the country’s destiny. The Director of Administration, Dr. Caliatus Mahama, Joyce Mogtari Bawa, and Ayivi Daniel thanked the crew for the generosity after receiving the materials.

They also expressed their belief that the donation will significantly aid John Mahama and the NDC in reaching the general public with their message of resetting and transforming Ghana.
