    El campeón mexicano de peso pluma de la OMB, Rafael “El Divino” Espinoza, castigó duramente al ucraniano Arnold Khegai, número 9 del ranking, quien superó al número 10. Fueron asaltos dominados casi por completo por Espinoza antes de que su esquina lo retirara del ring.

    Espinoza comenzó con un jab implacable, impidiendo que Khegai pudiera reaccionar durante los dos primeros asaltos. Khegai tuvo un buen tercer asalto, arrinconando a Espinoza contra las cuerdas y lanzando una lluvia de golpes a la cabeza y al cuerpo de Espinoza.

    Sin embargo, Khegai no tendría muchas más oportunidades durante la pelea, ya que Espinoza aprovechó su largo alcance, conectando uppercuts y ganchos a la cabeza de Khegai. Momentos después de conectar su último golpe significativo —un derechazo a la cabeza de Espinoza—, la esquina de Khegai decidió que ya era suficiente y no le permitió salir para el undécimo asalto. Espinoza retuvo su título por cuarta vez, elevando su récord a 28-0, 24 nocauts. El valiente Khegai cae a 23-3-1, 14 nocauts.
