Late Kumawood actor King Aboagye Brenya has become the center of discussions after videos of his wife and children surfaced online.
A video making the rounds shows the wife and children of the late actor, who passed away in September 2021, currently in a Kumasi High Court battling over his properties.
A video sighted by GhanaWeb on November 14, 2025, revealed that the late actor married three wives, two of whom, together with the children of the second wife, are contesting his estate.
In the footage, one of the children accused the actor’s third wife of not being legally married to their father.
According to him, the third wife, identified as Grace Yeboah, was only a maid before their father’s demise. He added that they are asking the court to retrieve their father’s properties (a school and a house), which are currently in her possession.
“Our father is King Aboagye Brenya, who passed on in 2021. After his death, they brought us a forged will claiming he had left his properties to someone else. But after checking, we noticed the signatures on the will are not our father’s.

Most of the properties were given to the maid, and not even a single one was allocated to his children. That is why we have been in court for the past four years,” he said.
Speaking to the media, Grace Yeboah, the third wife of the late King Brenya, refuted allegations that she was not legally married to him before his passing.
According to her, they were married for 12 years before his demise.
She further disclosed that the children caused her arrest after the actor’s death over allegations of forging documents, but she was later acquitted and discharged by a district court.
Grace Yeboah additionally stated that if the Kumasi High Court rules in favour of the children, she won’t hesitate to give them the properties; however, until there is a ruling, she is not ready to give out the properties.
