    Super fly John Tom Varey used his exceptional hand speed to leave Mexican Brandon Gallardo Vargas in the dust by the referee’s score of 40-36, despite Vargas getting knocked down in the third which should have made it 40-35. Either way, Varey wins his pro debut at 1-0. Vargas plods on at 3-10-1, 1 KO.

    Middleweight Stehen Clarke pitched a shut out against Costa Rica’s Jose Aguirre over six rounds. Referee John Latham scored it 60-54 for the now 8-0, 1 KO, Clarke. Aguirre falls to 2-18, 1 KO

    British super feather Leighton Birchell pitched a near shutout against Nicaragua’s Wilbert Panttin. A point deducted for a 4th round low blow made referee John Latham’s score 39-36 for Birchell now 3-0, 2 KOs Panttin falls to 7-5, 4 KOs.

    Stellar British amateur standout Luke Prior made his pro debut a successful one at welterweight against Mexican Eduardo Vera Sanchez, despite failing to deliver the promised knockout. Referee Steve Gray scored about 40-36 for Prior, now 1-0. Vera falls to 2-13-2.

    20-Year-Old yorkshireman Brad Casey dropped Croatian Antonio Borovina twice in the first round, the second time saw referee John Latham reaching the full count at 1:06.
    Cruiserweight Casey improves to 2-0, 1 KO. Borovina falls to 2-5.

    British light heavyweight Leon Hughes made easy work of Slovakian Pavol Garaj by scores of 40-36 on the card of referee Steve Gray. Hughes moves to 3-0, two KOs. Garaj falls to 9-49-4, 4 KOs.

    Opening the show, super featherweight Jermaine Dhliwayo took an easy four round decision over Peruvian journeyman Cesar Ignacio Paredes on the solitary card of referee John Latham, 40-36. Dhliwayo is now 8-0, 3 KOs. Paredes drops to 18-30-1, 5 KOs. Dhliwayo is the nephew of heavyweight Derek Chisora.
