The Ghana Armed Forces (GAF) has announced a one-week extension to the deadline for its ongoing recruitment exercise following technical challenges experienced on the recruitment portal.

This was stated in a release signed by Colonel Evelyn Ntiamoah Asamoah on behalf of the Acting Director General of Public Relations.

“The Ghana Armed Forces has extended the deadline for the ongoing recruitment exercise by one week due to technical challenges encountered on the recruitment portal during the initial period. The new deadline is November 7, 2025,” the statement noted.

The GAF further expressed regret for any inconvenience caused by the earlier challenges.

“The Armed Forces regrets any inconvenience caused and counts on the cooperation of the general public,” the statement added.

Deputy Minister of Defence, Brogya Genfi, has announced a major recruitment drive by the GAF as part of efforts to strengthen the country’s defence and security capacity.
