The Akyem Kotoku Traditional Council, led by Oseadeeyo Dr. Frimpong Manso IV, has paid a courtesy visit to the management of TDC Ghana Limited, as part of efforts to strengthen collaboration with key stakeholders and explore potential development partnerships.
The meeting, hosted by Mr. Courage K. M. Nunekpeku, Managing Director of TDC Ghana Ltd., formed part of the company’s ongoing stakeholder engagement initiative aimed at building strong relationships with traditional authorities, community leaders, and local institutions in prospective project areas across the country.
During the visit, Oseadeeyo Dr. Frimpong Manso IV commended Mr. Nunekpeku for his visionary and progressive leadership in steering TDC towards achieving national housing and infrastructure goals.
He expressed optimism that with TDC’s expanded mandate to operate nationwide, the company would consider collaborative development projects within the Akyem Kotoku Traditional Area.
Highlighting the region’s youthful population, abundant natural resources, and strategic location, the traditional leader noted that Akyem Kotoku holds significant potential for housing, industrial, and infrastructural investment. “We believe that working together with TDC can unlock the immense development potential of our area and create opportunities for our youth,” he added.
In his remarks, Mr. Nunekpeku thanked the Omanhene and his delegation for their visit and reaffirmed TDC’s commitment to supporting sustainable national development through innovative urban planning, affordable housing, and infrastructure delivery.
He further assured the traditional leaders of the company’s readiness to engage in joint exploration of viable projects that align with the needs of the Akyem Kotoku people.
The courtesy visit underscored TDC’s growing reputation as a trusted national development partner and its continued dedication to fostering partnerships that drive inclusive growth and community transformation across Ghana.
