When it comes to the Ghanaian movie and media scene, one of the names that cannot be missed, particularly for female acts, is Joselyn Dumas.
Born and raised in Ghana, Joselyn began her career as a host of Charter House’s Rhythm, an entertainment show where she interviewed celebrities.
She went on to host other television shows like “The One Show,” and “At Home With Joselyn Dumas,” which was aired across Africa and parts of Europe.
Joselyn’s role in “The Perfect Picture” made a lasting impression on the director, which led to subsequent key roles in other films.

In 2025, together with Nathan Kwabena Anokye Adisi, Joselyn Dumas was named brand ambassador for GoldBod Jewelry, a subsidiary of the Ghana Gold Board.
