Portuguese star Cristiano Ronaldo has taken another giant step towards achieving his target of 1000 career goals after scoring in Al Nassr’s win over Al Hazem.

Al Nassr on Saturday, October 25, 2025, move to the first position in the Saudi Pro League after securing a crucial 2-0 away victory over Al Hazem at the King Abdullah Sports City Stadium.

Joao Felix scored the opener in the 25th minute after a perfect cross into the box from the left side of Al Nassr’s attack by Ayman Yahya.

The home side fought hard to get back into the game but weren’t clinical with the only two shots they got on target.

Ronaldo however doubled Al Nassr’s lead in the 87th minute after finishing off a perfect pass from Brazilian winger Wesley.

“Happy to help the team win and to hit 950 goals! 🙏🏽⚽️ Always hungry for more,” Ronaldo posted after the game on X.

The Portuguese has now scored 950 goals and is only 50 away from his 1000 career goals target.
