Building on the remarkable success of the first six editions of Agrofood & Plastprintpack Ghana—which featured a top-level trade show, conference, and active participation from key Ghanaian ministries and associations—we are delighted to announce an even more vibrant experience for 2025.

Held biennially, the 7th edition in 2025 will once again serve as a key gathering for Ghana’s and West Africa’s agrofood and plastprintpack sectors. Organised by fairtrade and ACE GROUP in collaboration with Geovision, the exhibition and conference will take place from 28 to 30 October 2025 at the Grand Arena, Accra International Conference Centre.

    New Highlights in 2025

    • High-Level Conference Programme

A rich conference agenda will bring together policymakers, technology leaders, and industry experts to discuss agribusiness development, food processing, sustainable packaging, and circular economy models.

    • Netherlands Pavilion

The Netherlands Pavilion will once again showcase Dutch innovation and sustainable agri-technology, supported by strong institutional partners from the Netherlands.

    • ITC Pavilion

A new feature in 2025: the International Trade Centre (ITC) Pavilion, which will bring exhibitors from Nigeria and Côte d’Ivoire together under one roof. This regional initiative promotes South-South cooperation and business partnerships within West Africa.

    • South Africa Pavilion Supported by Western Cape

The South Africa Pavilion—supported by the Western Cape Government—will highlight advanced food, beverage, and packaging technologies from leading South African innovators.

    Exhibitors from 15 Countries

Companies from China, Côte d’Ivoire, Egypt, Germany, Ghana, India, Kenya, the Netherlands, Nigeria, South Africa, South Korea, Sri Lanka, Switzerland, Thailand, and the United Arab Emirates will present technologies, products, and solutions tailored to the Ghanaian and West African markets.
