    The National Service Authority (NSA) has disclosed that it has undertaken major reforms to tackle payroll fraud within the scheme.

    At a press conference in Accra on Tuesday, October 7, 2025, Acting Director-General Ruth Dela Seddoh stated, “We have strengthened our payroll controls and upgraded our systems to prevent irregularities. These measures ensure that every graduate receives their entitlements accurately and on time.

    “These initiatives reflect the authority’s commitment to transforming its role from merely receiving graduates from accredited tertiary institutions into being a catalyst for national agricultural change.”

    She added that all personnel who registered in June must re-register, noting that the reforms will safeguard resources, enhance transparency and modernize operations across all regions.

    “We expect every eligible person who completes registration and posting to be at post on Monday, November 3, 2025.

    “This follows the successful completion of the transition to a new, more secure digital platform”, she added.

    Ruth Seddoh also stated the Authority aims to break from past traditions, focusing on creating job opportunities for young graduates through partnerships with leading local and international companies.

    “The authority plans to embark on a radical and ambitious not merely continue the traditions of the past. Instead, we are dedicated to creating job opportunities for our enthusiastic and dynamic young graduates.

    “In recent weeks Malay Twin has engaged in discussions with several esteemed local and international companies to bring this crucial vision to life”, she added.
