    Popular Nigerian comedian, Craze Clown, has publicly expressed his anger and disappointment after a friend squandered a large sum of money meant for a visa application.

    In a tweet shared on X (Twitter), Craze Clown revealed that he had sent ‘millions’ of naira to a friend who needed the funds to boost their statement of account as part of a visa process.

    However, instead of returning the money after the purpose was served, the friend reportedly attempted to ‘double the money’ through gambling and lost it all.

    “You beg me make I send money to your account in millions, make you use do statement of account for your visa process. After a month, oya send me my money, u come dey explain say you try double the money for gamble come loser everything!“ His tweet read.

    The content creator who didn’t take the matter lightly ended the tweet with a rhetorical question, ‘What am I supposed to do?’

    The post, which gained traction quickly had many expressing shock at the friend’s actions and sympathizing with Craze Clown.

    Below are some of the comments;

    “When a betting ambassador meets the consequences of his own gospel.“

    “You no follow dey advertise gambling? No be you be naira bet ambassador”

    “Person wey I borrow 3k last month has ignored my chats and calls. Bro don’t pity anybodys story this days.“

    “There is a gambling pandemic in Nigeria”
