Ghana’s former Finance Minister, Ken Ofori-Atta, currently a fugitive from corruption charges, has been seen in the United States with his wife. This sighting comes after he was declared a fugitive for failing to appear for questioning related to several financial scandals. While his wife has confirmed he recently underwent prostate cancer surgery and needs three months to recover, the Special Prosecutor’s office has placed him on an INTERPOL Red Alert.
