The company’s 360-degree services in branding, corporate and personalised gifting, creative design, and packaging have attracted an impressive international clientele, setting new benchmarks for excellence.
The Ghana Forty Under 40 Awards, organised by Xodus Communications Limited with support from the Ministry of Youth and Sports, seeks to honour the next generation of industry trailblazers under the age of forty. This year’s ceremony drew a distinguished audience, including the Deputy Chief of Staff of the Republic of Ghana, Nana Oye Bampoe Addo, members of the diplomatic corps, government officials, international media such as Forbes Africa, and leading industry figures.
In her acceptance speech, Freda expressed gratitude, saying: “This honour validates our innovative approach to creative excellence and resilience.” As a Certified Land Use Planner and procurement professional, she has uniquely combined her diverse expertise to bring structure and professionalism to Ghana’s creative events industry. She is a member of the Ghana Institute of Planners (GIP), the Commonwealth Association of Planners (CAP), and an Associate Fellow of the African Women’s Leadership Academy (TAWLA).
Freda’s journey from corporate roles to entrepreneurial leadership is a testament to resilience and vision, serving as an inspiration to young professionals and aspiring entrepreneurs, especially women. “This is a glorious win for everyone who believed and believes in the Impakers dream and vision,” she said, dedicating the award to her family, team, clients, and all who have supported her entrepreneurial journey.
