Apirede Developers has partnered with Broll Ghana Limited to launch Forest Hill Wellness Resort & Estate, a 650-acre luxury lifestyle community in the scenic Akwapim Hills.

The collaboration brings to market a collection of exclusive serviced plots for discerning buyers in Ghana and the diaspora.

Designed to set a new benchmark for premium living in West Africa, Forest Hill seamlessly blends bespoke architecture, curated amenities, and the tranquility of nature into one exclusive community.

Envisioned as a destination wellness and lifestyle community, it is where elevated living meets tranquility, security, and sophistication.

With carefully planned infrastructure and premium lifestyle amenities, the estate provides buyers the opportunity to own and build within a master-planned environment that emphasises wellness, sustainability, and harmony with nature.

Daniel David Hammond, Head of Brokerage at Broll Ghana, commented: “Forest Hill presents a rare opportunity for discerning buyers to secure prime serviced plots within a development designed for exclusivity, wellness, and long-term value.

For both local and diaspora buyers seeking a secure investment and a lifestyle upgrade, Forest Hill represents one of the most compelling addresses in Ghana today.”

Selassie Sebuafor, Sales Director at Apirede Developers, added: “Interest in Forest Hill has been immediate and strong, particularly from diaspora buyers who value the combination of titled land, a secure environment, and a lifestyle destination that is unmatched in Ghana.

With Phase One now open, our focus is on guiding clients seamlessly through the purchase process and ensuring they feel confident in joining a community built on wellness, sophistication, and long-term value.

To support this, we have introduced flexible payment options tailored to meet the needs of local, diaspora, and international buyers.”

The masterplan for Forest Hill has been developed in collaboration with South Africa’s Tsai Design Studio and Ghana’s Mobius Architecture, with a vision that harmonises world-class architecture, cultural authenticity, and environmental stewardship.

Planned amenities include a branded luxury wellness resort and spa, a lively Town Square with retail and dining, a Culture Hub with art and performance spaces, an amphitheatre for community gatherings, a farmer’s market, a golf course, and extensive recreation facilities surrounded by green corridors, walking and cycling trails.

The project has already attracted interest from leading global hospitality brands, with discussions underway for a signature resort that will anchor the community and enhance long-term value for homeowners.
