Mrs Fredericka Serwaa Doku, a multifaceted registered dietitian, has been adjudged the Health Personality (Dietician) at the 2025 Global Women Leadership Summit and Awards.
The annual Global Women Leadership Summit and Awards is an event that recognises and celebrates the achievements of women who have made significant contributions to various fields.
Mrs Serwaa Doku was awarded for her work as a women’s health champion, helping women develop long-term, healthy connections with food and their bodies.
Speaking after receiving the award, Madam Serwaa Doku expressed her delight at getting recognition and lauded the organisers for creating the platform to honour changemakers.
“I would like to thank the organisers for recognising my efforts and I receive this award with great pleasure. This will urge me to do the best for the good of humanity,” she said.
With a dynamic approach to nutrition education, Madam Serwaa blends evidence-based nutrition science with the creativity of different foods to promote the health and wellness of women.
As a media dietitian, she is known for breaking down complex nutrition topics into simple, relatable messages across TV, radio, and social media platforms.
She is the founder/CEO of Hale and Hearty Nutrition and the PCOS Foundation Ghana.
Whether she’s hosting cooking demos, speaking at health events, or creating engaging online content, Finest Dietitian is committed to making nutrition accessible, practical, and culturally relevant.
She holds a postgraduate certificate from the Wageningen University of Research, Netherlands, a master’s degree in human nutrition & dietetics from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Kumasi, and a bachelor’s degree in foods and nutrition from the University of Cape Coast, Ghana.
