In a hilariously relatable moment that has warmed hearts online, a young lady took to social media to share how hunger drove her and her roommate to swallow their pride and beg for food, after catching a whiff of something delicious coming from the boys’ hostel.

According to her, it all started when she and a friend caught the unmistakable aroma of a rich, spicy meal wafting from the boys’ hostel like a culinary siren’s call.

Tempted beyond measure, the girls decided to follow the scent, which eventually led them to the door of the boys’ hostel, where they humbly pleaded for a taste.

Their humility paid off, as the boys gave them a plate of food. The moment has since gone viral with many relating to the universal experience of hunger-induced humility, especially in hostel life.
