A young lady has gone viral online after sharing how she kept the same hairstyle for an astonishing sixteen weeks.

In the clip, she proudly reveals the intricate cornrows she made and maintained for four straight months with different hair care routines and careful maintenance to help preserve the cornrows

She showcased the before and after outcome of the detailed process and how it ended up looking messy after rapid hair growth during the sixteen weeks.

The result of keeping in the cornrows for that length of time sparked disbelief from users, and many reacted with humorous comments.
