John F. Kennedy heir Jack Schlossberg brutally mocked First Lady Melania Trump over her letter to Russian President Vladimir Putin.
The 32-year-old donned an ill-fitting blonde wig and imitated the first lady’s Slovenian accent as he read her message in a video posted to his social media pages on Sunday.
‘A message from our BEAUTIFUL FIRST LADY,’ Schlossberg captioned his video, mimicking President Donald Trump‘s affinity to capitalize certain words for emphasis.
He also parroted the president’s usual sign off, writing: ‘thank you for your attention to this matter – We want peace.’
After reading the letter aloud, Schlossberg said, ‘What am I saying? This makes no sense. Please be more specific Miss Melania Trump.’
He then took off the wig and dropped the accent as he added his own thoughts on the first lady’s letter.
‘I don’t think it made any sense,’ Schlossberg told his hundreds of thousands of followers. ‘I don’t think it said anything beyond “melodic laughter,” that’s the only thing I could remember – and that she is calling on Putin to end the war.
‘Interesting. Maybe she could talk to someone who could do something about that,’ he said, referring to the president, who sat down with Putin in Alaska on Friday to negotiate an end to the ongoing war in Ukraine.

The First Lady told Putin that it is his duty to protect children and future generations
Schlossberg concluded by saying it was a ‘very confusing letter, a very confusing message’ but ‘not that confusing of a conflict in Ukraine.’
In her letter, the First Lady declared that all children share the same dreams regardless of where they are born.
‘Every child shares the same quiet dreams in their heart, whether born randomly into a nation’s rustic countryside or a magnificent city-center. They dream of love, possibility, and safety from danger,’ Melania wrote in her letter, which her husband later shared to social media.
‘As parents, it is our duty to nurture the next generation’s hope. As leaders, the responsibility to sustain our children extends beyond the comfort of a few.
‘Undeniably, we must strive to paint a dignity-filled world for all—so that every soul may wake to peace, and so that the future itself is perfectly guarded.’
She then went on to tell the Russian president that it is his duty to protect children and the future generations.
‘A simple yet profound concept, Mr. Putin, as I am sure you agree, is that each generation’s descendants begin their lives with a purity—an innocence which stands above geography, government, and ideology,’ Melania said.
‘Yet in today’s world, some children are forced to carry a quiet laughter, untouched by the darkness around them—a silent defiance against the forces that can potentially claim their future.’
The letter came as her husband, President Donald Trump, met briefly with the Russian president in Alaska on Friday
‘Mr. Putin, you can singlehandedly restore their melodic laughter,’ the first lady wrote. ‘In protecting the innocence of these children, you will do more than serve Russia alone—you serve humanity itself.
‘Such a bold idea transcends all human division, and you, Mr. Putin, are fit to implement this vision with a stroke of the pen today. It is time,’ she concluded.
Russia’s seizure of Ukrainian children has been a deeply sensitive subject for Ukraine.
Kyiv has called the abductions of tens of thousands of its children taken to Russia or Russian-occupied territory without the consent of family or guardians a war crime that meets the UN treaty definition of genocide.
The United Nations Human Rights Office has said Russia inflicted suffering on millions of Ukrainian children and violated their rights since its full-scale invasion of Ukraine began in 2022.

With the war now lasting a third consecutive year, Trump has become more publicly critical of Putin’s continued missile and drone strikes on Ukraine.
He has credited Melania for pointing out the Russian leader’s violence against Ukrainian civilians.
‘My conversations with him are always very pleasant. I say, isn’t that very lovely conversation? And then the missiles go off that night, I go home, I tell the first lady… I spoke with Vladimir today, we had a wonderful conversation. She [says]: “Oh, really, another city was just hit,”‘ Trump previously said.
He then met with Putin for nearly three hours on Friday, but left without reaching a ceasefire deal, as the two leaders admitted there was still work to be done.
Still, Trump said he made ‘some headway’ at the meeting, claiming both he and Putin reached some agreements.
‘We didn’t get there, but we have a very good chance of getting there,’ he told reporters aboard Air Force One.

He signaled that he and Putin had discussed potential land swaps and security guarantees for Ukraine, a proposal that has left Europe reeling as analysts brand it ‘deeply disturbing’ and a ‘clear 1-0 for Putin.’
Trump also ruled out Ukrainian President Volodomyr Zelensky’s hope of having Ukraine join NATO as he indicated he has no desire to see Crimea returned to Ukrainian rule.
‘President Zelenskyy of Ukraine can end the war with Russia almost immediately, if he wants to, or he can continue to fight,’ Trump wrote on Truth Social on Sunday night, just hours ahead of his scheduled meeting with the Ukrainian president in Washington.
‘Remember how it started. No getting back Obama given Crimea (12 years ago, without a shot being fired!), and NO GOING INTO NATO BY UKRAINE.
