Prophet Fire Oja, founder of the Holiness of Christ Zion Ministry, has stated that his call for government to provide transport support for prophets is justified because he no longer owns a car.

According to him, he has sold his Range Rover to purchase land for his ministry.

The preacher recently faced criticism online after suggesting that the government should give prophets car and fuel money if they are required to submit their prophecies in person to the Jubilee House.

In an interview with Nana Romeo, he argued that not all prophets can afford to travel to the presidency to deliver their spiritual messages.

But speaking on the aftermath backlash he received, Prophet Fire Oja in an interview with Joy Prime on August 12, 2025, insisted there was nothing wrong with his earlier submission.

“Yes, I said it, and I don’t think there is anything wrong with it. I don’t have a car. It’s not only me; we have a lot of prophets and men of God who don’t have a car. If they want to deliver the message, they have to give us fuel so we can deliver the message to them,” he explained.

When asked about a black Range Rover with a customised number plate that he was once seen driving, the prophet confirmed he used to own the vehicle but sold it two years ago to purchase land for God’s work.

“Yes, it is true. Last two years, but it’s not there anymore because I sold it out to buy land for God,” he added.
