Newly sworn-in Member of Parliament for Ablekuma North, Ewurabena Aubynn, has visited the Glorious Word Power Ministries International on Sunday, August 3, 2025, as part of her thanksgiving tour.

The visit formed part of a series of thanksgiving services the MP embarked on to express gratitude to God and supporters following her recent electoral victory in the parliamentary rerun.

She was warmly welcomed by the church’s founder and leader, Rev Isaac Owusu Bempah.

The Ablekuma North MP’s thanksgiving tour followed a tightly contested rerun held in 19 polling stations, after the Electoral Commission nullified the original December 2024 results over procedural irregularities.

She emerged victorious with 34,090 votes, narrowly defeating the New Patriotic Party’s Akua Afriyie, who garnered 33,881 votes.

Her visit to Glorious Word Power Ministries was part a broader post-victory engagement with churches.
