A corps member has touched hearts online after sharing a recreated photo with her parents during her one-year mandatory service.

What made the moment even more special was that she was posted to the same state where her father served 21 years ago.

In a heartwarming side-by-side comparison, the corps member posed with her parents, just as they did when she was a child.

She captioned, “History repeats itself. NYSC assigned me to the state my Dad served 21years ago… 🌟 Generational connections”

The original photo, taken two decades earlier, showed her as a toddler with her dad dressed in NYSC khaki. Now, standing tall in her own NYSC uniform, she recreated the moment with pride and emotion.

The post has resonated with many, with social media users praising the beautiful full-circle moment and the bond shared within the family. For her, it wasn’t just about national service; it was about continuing a legacy.
