A Nigerian bride was compelled to wear a pair of sneakers underneath her wedding dress despite possessing silver heels as wedding shoes.

In a video shared online, the bride @lavish_twinkle appeared in a white ball wedding dress, stunning as she posed for wedding pictures. She noted that the ball dress couldn’t be paired with heels because it would hinder her mobility.

To walk freely while showing off the bridal dress, she had to wear a pair of white sneakers. She wanted to wear Crocs instead of slippers, but her designer turned it down, noting that it wasn’t appropriate to complement the dress even if she wouldn’t wear her heels.

Despite her concern about getting the proper wedding shoes, she resorted to wearing sneakers under her wedding dress.

Some netizens have shared their similar experiences at their wedding ceremony.
