Perez Musik said he aims to make songs that last decades Perez Musik said he aims to make songs that last decades

Ghanaian gospel artiste, Perez Musik, known for his soul-stirring worship songs and deep lyrical messages, has shared insights into his creative direction and purpose as a musician.

In an interview on Joy Prime, Perez opened up about his commitment to producing music that carries lasting spiritual and emotional impacts.

“I would rather have songs that will be meaningful in the next 10 years than have a song that will make noise for six months and nobody wants to hear it again,” he said.

He also shared an experience of how he once had an encounter with someone who told him they were waiting for his next release, to which he replied, ‘What are you waiting for?’

Perez Musik added that many people describe him as a blessing whenever they meet him.

He further stated that fans often share how both his old and new songs continue to minister to them in personal ways, adding that those affirmations keep him grounded and motivated.

”Those things encourage me,” he said.

Known for hits like ‘Blema Tesaa’ and ‘Hewale Lala,’ Perez Musik continues to inspire through songs that go beyond temporary trends, choosing instead to create melodies with eternal value.
