The Police Church near the 37 Station in Accra caught fire, sending thick plumes of smoke into the sky and attracting large crowds to the scene.
Although the cause of the fire which occurred on Wednesday, July 9, 2025, remains unknown, personnel from the Ghana National Fire Service (GNFS) quickly rushed to the scene managed to bring the blaze under control.
No casualties were reported.
Emergency services, including fire tenders and police, arrived promptly to manage the situation and keep the crowd at bay.
Meanwhile, authorities have not yet released an official statement regarding the incident.
