A dramatic scene unfolded after a motorist confidently stepped out of his vehicle and slapped a passerby after splashing him with mud water.
The video recorded by an onlooker @sugar.norahlifestyle captured a young man, the motorist, speaking rudely to the passerby instead of apologizing to him after the incident.
In the heat of the moment, the motorist slapped the passerby across the face and kept saying inaudible words, while warning him with his index finger.
The onlooker was furious and wondered why the motorist would oppress his fellow man instead of apologizing because he owned a car.
