    0,000 equipment for CHRAJ goes to waste  …due to delay in obtaining services of network consultant

     Three hundred thousand dollars’ worth of communication equipment procured for the Commission for Human Rights and Ad­ministrative Justice (CHRAJ) have been left to rot due to delays in obtaining the services of a network consultant.

    The network consultant is to help in the deploy­ment and networking of the equipment across the country, however, this service have not been secured years after the equipment arrived in the country.

    The Commissioner, Mr Joseph Akanjolenur Whit­tal, who disclosed this when the Minister of State for Public Sector Reforms, Mrs Lydia Lamisi, called on him at his office in Accra last Wednesday, expressed concern over the situation and asked for measures to be taken to rectify the challenge.
