GhanaWeb has announced their upcoming Father’s Day celebration, themed ‘A Walk With Dad’, scheduled for Saturday, June 14, 2025.
The event aims to commemorate the special day and promote family bonding.
The event will take place from 6:00 am to 10:00 am, starting from the Ayi Mensah Toll-booth and ending at the Peduase Presidential Lodge Tavern.
Several companies have confirmed their participation and support for the event.
The Mental Health Authority, Wellness Partner, Promasidor (Beverage Sponsor), Twellium (Hydration Sponsor), AT (formerly AirtelTigo) (Participant/Telecom Sponsor), Sigma Health & Beauty (Wellness Partner), Waylead Ghana (Corporate Partner), AH Hotel (Hospitality Partner), and Smart Innovations (T-shirt and PA system Support Partner) are all set to be part of the event.
Some notable personalities have also confirmed their presence including Koku Anyidoho, a public figure, and Okyeame Kwame, a renowned musician and fatherhood advocate.
Additional influential figures are being invited and confirmed.
The walk will feature rest stops along the route where participants can access water, medical assistance, and brief relaxation areas.
An aerobics session with Gym Ike has been confirmed as part of the warm-up and cool-down activities at the start and end points of the walk.
This event will help GhanaWeb bring together families and individuals to celebrate the special day and promote a sense of community and togetherness.
