    The 2024/25 Ghana Premier League season will enter its penultimate matchday this weekend.

    After months of thrilling action in the Ghanaian top-flight league, the campaign is set to conclude in two weeks.

    With two matches remaining, the league champion is yet to be decided, with three teams—Nations FC, Gold Stars, and Asante Kotoko—all in strong contention to clinch the title.

    This weekend, league leaders Nations FC will face Basake Holy Stars in a must-win game to strengthen their hold on the top spot ahead of the final matchday.

    Gold Stars, currently second on the Ghana Premier League table, will take on Berekum Chelsea, while Asante Kotoko host free-scoring Medeama Sporting Club in what promises to be a challenging fixture.

    Among other games to watch, Accra Lions will aim for a victory against Dreams FC to boost their chances of avoiding relegation.

    However, their survival hopes also depend on Basake Holy Stars defeating title-chasing Nations FC this weekend.
