English side Chelsea thumped Real Betis 4-1 to clinch the 2024/2025 UEFA Conference League on May 28, 2025.

Abde Ezzalzouli gave Betis the lead in the 9th minute and kept piling pressure on the Blues for a second goal, but was unsuccessful.

The Blues came from behind in the second half to claim an emphatic victory, thanks to goals from Enzo Fernandez, Caicedo, Nicolas Jackson, and Jadon Sancho.

Cole Palmer produced two crucial assists to propel the club to make a historic comeback as they kept pressing for the equalizer.

Chelsea became the first club to have won the UEFA Champions League, Europa League, and the Conference League.

The London club fought hard to finish fourth in the 2024/2025 Premier League after beating Nottingham Forest in an away fixture 1-0.

Manager Enzo Maresca’s first season has been a good one, having qualified the team for the Champions League and won a European trophy.

The title motivates the young players to give their best in the 2025/2026 season, having won laurels and achieved a decent performance in the league.
