A lady was forced to face the consequences of her actions after she was caught red-handed while attempting to steal expensive wigs from a store.
The unnamed lady was apprehended when she tried to smuggle a bone straight wig and pixie wig worth ₦300k out of the store, unaware that her actions were being recorded by a hidden CCTV.
The video exposing the lady was posted online by @dammiedammie35 to X (Twitter). In the video, she was confronted by the owner of the store before she had a chance to escape.
Realizing that she had been caught in the act, the lady tried pleading with the store owner not to embarrass her, crying “Aunty, I don’t want embarrassment”.
She also tried to cover her face to prevent the store owner from exposing her online. Despite her pleading and struggling, the store owner showed her no mercy, insisting that the person recording show her face.
The video has gone viral online, sparking strong reactions from netizens. Many of them were repulsed by the lady’s actions and condemned her for still being defensive even after she was caught.
