A dog owner shares the letter she received from her neighbor after his slippers accidentally fell into her compound.

The dog owner @wendymama_unfiltered noted that her neighbor, a lecturer named Nnamdi, was afraid of her dogs and slid a letter through her gate to let her know about his slipper.

    He wrote,

    “Good Morning,

I think my slippers (one leg) fell into your compound earlier today. If you’ll be so kind as to throw it over to me. I’ll be grateful. Thanks.

    Nnamdi. No 5 Nebohisa Street

P.S. – If the dogs already chewed it out, that’s fine too. Thanks again.”

He pleaded with her to throw it over, explaining in the handwritten note that one of his slipper legs had fallen into the compound.

“She shouldn’t worry about it”, he reassured, if the dogs had chewed the slipper.

Although the dog owner threw the slipper back and claimed to be a kind neighbor, she claimed that the fear of her dogs is the beginning of wisdom.

“The fear of my dogs is the beginning of wisdom.. I threw the slipper back… I’m a good neighbor”
