Ghanaian actress Sandra Ababio has disclosed that she prefers personality over name or riches when it comes to selecting a partner.

In a recent interview on ‘UCook’ with Empress Gifty on May 5, 2025, Sandra Ababio, while discussing her ideal partner, stated that material possessions or fame do not influence her choice in a partner.

“I don’t care about who you are; I care more about personality more than anything. If you don’t have money but your personality attracts me, I like it.

“I’m not someone who is into what you have or who you are, whether you are a celebrity or the son of a rich man. I don’t care. There might be people who do not have much, but they have potential,” she said.

Asked if she would ever consider dating a rich married man, the actress said she would never consider such as she is ‘selfish’ when it comes to her romantic relationships.

“I will never be someone’s side chick or date a married man; I am very possessive. I can’t be sharing a man. I don’t want a case where I call him and he’s like he can’t come because his wife is around,” she said.
