A tailor has suggested strategies to reduce electricity consumption by limiting apprentices from using his sewing machine.

The tailor @macbryce01 revealed how he locks his electric sewing machine before exiting his shop because he just received his pre-paid meter, which consumes electricity swiftly.

He exclaimed that he improvised a new strategy to prevent his apprentices from using his sewing machine for their own gain. He wouldn’t let his apprentices ruin his finances because electricity pre-paid bills are costly.

In the footage, the man hooked scissors to the sewing machine and secured it with a lock before assuring the machine wouldn’t work.

While some were shocked by the man’s technique to conserve electricity, others questioned why he revealed the strategy.
