A Nigerian woman highlights the striking difference in her son’s appearance when she first took him to her parent’s house and when she returned to pick him up.

The mother, @rhodaachipoka, shared a video of her son’s well-groomed, sectioned braid before spending the holiday at his grandparents’ house.

When she went to pick up her son, she was taken aback to see that he had a new haircut. Her parents had transformed the boy’s braided hairstyle into a well-groomed low cut.

Instead of maintaining his previous hairstyle, the grandparents opted for a convenient approach without their daughter’s consent.

Some viewers recounted their experiences, noting that grandparents typically did not appreciate the braided hairstyle.
