Tom Brady was spotted with a mystery woman over the weekend but all was not as it initially seemed.
The NFL legend attended soccer icon David Beckham‘s star-studded 50th birthday bash at the Cipriani Downtown Miami in Florida on Sunday where he was spotted with the gorgeous brunette.
The former quarterback, looking chic in an all-black suit, was captured strolling into the luxury venue alongside the woman, who cut an elegant figure in a matching inky gown, in photos obtained by TMZ.
The outlet initially suggested that the seven-time Super Bowl winner, who split from ex-wife Gisele Bundchen in 2022, had found new love in the mystery woman.
However, the rumors of a romance took a twist when the anonymous lady was eventually unmasked.
It swiftly became apparent that Brady was not on a date when it was revealed that the woman accompanying him was in fact Heather McDonough, the wife of ex-NHL Tie Domi.

The former Toronto Maple Leafs star, who has been married to real estate agent Heather since 2017, was also in attendance at the birthday bash, shutting down any speculation shrouding Brady.
Brady and the former hockey enforcer are close friends with the pair even hitting the ice together last year.
The duo were among the slew of famous faces at the early birthday celebrations for former Manchester United legend and Inter Miami owner Beckham.
Beckham was also joined by a host of other sporting legends, including players from his MLS team – Luis Suárez, Jordi Alba, Sergio Busquets and footballing icon, Lionel Messi.
Meanwhile he poked fun at his diminutive looking stature as he posed next to Brady and basketball star Shaquille O’Neal, who towered over him with their respective 6ft4 and 7ft1 heights.
Hollywood stars Justin Theroux and Fisher Stevens were also in attendance, as well as Grammy winner Marc Anthony.
Just last month, it was reported that Brady had rekindled his off-and-on-again fling with supermodel Irina Shayk.
The celebrity couple previously dated for four months in 2023 before calling it quits in October of that year.

On February 5, it was reported that Bundchen gave birth to her third baby with mom and baby said to be ‘happy and healthy’, per TMZ.
The Brazilian already shares daughter Vivian Lake, 11, and son Benjamin Rein, 15, with Brady. The couple announced their divorce in October 2022 after 13 years of marriage.
Brady is also father to 17-year-old son Jack, who he welcomed with ex-girlfriend Bridget Moynahan shortly after their 2006 split.
Bundchen considered herself a ‘bonus’ parent to his mini-me and they appear to maintain a close relationship even after the 2022 split.
Brady is said to be happy for his ex-wife and ‘wishes her nothing but the best’ after her baby news this week, a source told Page Six.
However, he was left ‘stunned’ when Bundchen first announced she was pregnant in October.
A source recently told DailyMail.com how Gisele and Joaquim broke the news to Tom last year.
The model informed Tom that she was expecting her first child with Valente shortly after telling their children because she wanted him to hear it from her first – rather than through media reports.
