Hiplife star Rap Fada has profoundly acknowledged the immeasurable value of King Paluta’s verse in his hit song Odo Bi Ye Bad.

Speaking to Nana Romeo on Accra 100.5 FM’s Ayekoo Ayekoo, he said the song also showcased Paluta’s singing talent, deepening public appreciation for him.

“My brother had already started singing, but this song made people believe in his ability. They saw he could sing—and sing well,” Rap Fada asserted.

He then performed a live rendition of the catchy verse, which features a defiant man proclaiming that he would not allow romantic disappointment to ruin his life.

“The wonderful thing is, that part was not in the original song,” Rap Fada emphasized contentedly.

“This is a kind of diamond verse for me—not only for me but for the world and for anyone who came to love Paluta because of Odo Bi Ye Bad.”

“I can strongly say Paluta has not delivered a verse like this again on any song. We can all attest to it. I’m not lying but being honest with whoever is listening to me right now. Paluta has done collaborations and verses for other artists, but this Odo Bi Ye Bad last verse—if it were possible to frame the audio as a picture, I would have done it and hung it in my room or my dream home.”

“When we released the song, that part was what resonated with people and drew attention to it. It’s gold and money to me.”

Rap Fada expressed deep appreciation for “my brother King Paluta.”

“The love is solid and forever.”

He recalled how the song took them both to Amsterdam, Netherlands, describing it as “a dream come true—to be on the same plane and the same show.”

He noted that before these blessings, they had both faced hardships, both privately and professionally. Thus, experiencing such “sudden” success came with “amazing joy.”
