Ghanaian screen icon Nana Ama McBrown has revealed her plans to retire at age 50 and venture into farming.

In an interview on the Diva Doc Let’s Talk podcast, the celebrated actress shared that she intends to slow down her public engagements by 50, shifting her focus to agriculture and food production.

McBrown explained that while she remains active in entertainment and brand endorsements, she is already working towards a quieter, more sustainable lifestyle in the near future.

“At age 50, I want to slow down on these appearances and all that. I want to go into farming. I have started now,” she said.

Already a farm owner, McBrown further revealed that she hopes to combine agriculture with leisure by building a relaxation spot for visitors.

She reiterated her intentions with a laugh, saying, “At age 50, I want to slow down on these appearances and all that. I want to go into farming. I have started now.”
