Team America emerged victorious in the 2025 Rainbow Nations Challenge, successfully defending their title in a thrilling competition at the Accra Lawn Tennis Club.

This marks their second consecutive championship win in the prestigious tournament.

“It’s a great feeling. This is the second time we have won this tournament—two in a row—and it took a lot of effort on our part,” a member of Team America said after their victory.

The team endured a demanding schedule, playing nine matches over two days. Adverse weather conditions on Thursday, March 13, 2025, forced delays, compressing the schedule into a single intense day of competition.

“We played a total of nine matches, which is a lot to fit into two days. Unfortunately, we got rained out on Thursday and had to play everything today. But we had a lot of fun—it’s a great tournament and a fantastic way to network,” the player added.

The Rainbow Nations Tennis Tournament, now in its fourth edition, continues to foster sportsmanship, unity, and community development.

This year’s event featured 56 players from 23 countries, reflecting the tournament’s growing reputation as a global sporting spectacle.

With another thrilling edition in the books, teams will now look ahead to 2026, hoping to challenge Team America’s dominance and etch their names into the tournament’s history.
