Judith Adjobah Blay is a highly accomplished professional with over 20 years of experience in Ghana’s energy sector and beyond. Her expertise spans strategic leadership, policy development, and sustainable business practices.

– Successfully managed multi-million-dollar projects
– Strengthened regulatory compliance and championed local content development
– Driven operational excellence, stakeholder engagement, and governance improvements across various roles
Current and Past Roles:
– Deputy Director of Contracts Administration at the Petroleum Commission Ghana
– Manager of Community Relations at the Commission
– Established and managed the Procurement Department at Bui Power Authority
– Project Coordinator on MCC Compact II at the Ministry of Energy/USAID

She is a staunch NDC member and a communicator
She understands Nzema language well. She loves Nzemas. She knows the concerns Nzema concerning Ghana Gas company and she is coming to restore the Oil Enclave Road program
She is coming to reset Ghana Gas company to create more opportunities for Ghanaians especially Nzemas.
