Ghanaian prodigy Hafiz Gariba scored for Barcelona Juvenil B side during their 2-2 draw against L’Hospitalet.

The game, played on Thursday, February 27, 2025, saw Gariba scored in the 92nd minute after he outjumped all the opposing players, headed the ball, and after it was pulled out by the goalkeeper, he quickly tapped it into the net.

This marks a good beginning for the youngster, who looks forward to maintaining his form to earn a call-up to the national team.

Meanwhile, Hafiz Gariba made his debut for Barcelona U-19 in their 2-1 victory over Mercantil U-19 on Sunday, February 23, 2025, just a few days after signing for the club.

Despite only recently arriving at the club, Gariba was handed his debut against a struggling Mercantil side searching for their first win in five games.

Barcelona made a surprise move by securing the highly-rated young defender’s signature on Monday, February 17, 2025.

The 18-year-old signed a three-year contract, joining the Catalan giants.
