A hairstylist’s reckless and intentional act of pouring hot water on a lady’s scalp while completing her hair has ignited rage and disbelief among online users.

In the widely shared video, the hairdresser held a kettle of boiling water as her customer sat backward in a chair, trying to keep the hot water from splashing onto her scalp.

Despite her client’s protests, she held the kettle close to her head and deliberately poured hot water onto the client’s scalp.

Originally intended to give the hair a curled braid finish for aesthetic purposes, the hot water eventually hurt her scalp.

The hairstylist’s deliberate conduct has sparked outrage online.

    Below are some reactions,

@lisavetaccessories Every hair dresser knows that steam is going straight to her scalp and it burns but She kept pouring. She is doing this very intentionally to hurt the girl. There is a way they do this in the salons to minimize burns

@berachah_classiq Why not just put the hair inside pot and cook it? 🙄

@ezinne_omhenhi That woman is doing it on purpose that water isn’t supposed to be close to the scalp, that’s why after that they use water and towel to dab the other areas.

@ten.nie_ Who saw it at first…she poured it in her scalp before she went low

@juhlyefitt Na to get up clip the hair make water reach madam small 🙄
