Legendary Ghanaian rapper Nana Kwaku Okyere Duah, popularly known as Tic Tac (now Tic) has got netizens talking after a video of his massive mansion located at Weija surfaced on social media.

The rare view of the house was online after the rapper threw a grand, star-studded birthday party for his wife, Awura Abena Serwaa Ampaafe, on Sunday, February 16, 2025.

The “Kwani Kwani” hitmaker had a lot of high-profile people in Ghanaian society at the all-white party at his luxurious residence.

Among the notable attendees were the grandpapa of hiplife, Reggie Rockstone, celebrated actress and TV personality Nana Ama McBrown, musicians Nero X, Keche Joshua, Blakofee, and Article Wan.

Before this lavish party, Tic continued his recent tradition of honoring his wife in a grand style whenever it was her birthday.

Just like in previous years, the rapper mounted large billboards featuring his wife’s image across multiple locations in Accra to commemorate her birthday this year too.

His public display of affection has, in recent times, drawn admiration from fans and social media users, who praise him for celebrating his wife in such a grand manner.

Check out the full video shared by renowned blogger Zionfelix that highlights the celebration and also reveals the stunning interior and exterior of the mansion, situated on the hills of Weija below
