    At least two people have reportedly been shot at the Philadelphia Eagles Super Bowl parade. 

    The shooting comes just a year after 33 people were wounded and one was killed in a mass shooting at the previous Super Bowl Parade for the Kansas City Chiefs. 

    Police said the shooting unfolded at 23rd and Spring Garden Streets, less than half a mile from where Eagles players celebrated their win on stage in front of the Philadelphia Museum of Art. 

    Early reports indicate one of the victims was shot in the leg and was raced to hospital through a huge crowd of paradegoers.

    Aerial images from CBS News showed an ambulance attempting to drive through a throng of people.  

    Upwards of one million people were expected to descend on Philadelphia for the celebrations on Friday. 

    It is not clear what led up to the shooting or if any suspects are in custody.  

    This is a developing story and will be updated as information is confirmed. DailyMail.com has contacted the Philadelphia Police Department for more information.

    It came after Eagles general manager Howie Roseman was left bloodied during the parade after being struck in the forehead when fans threw items at the team. 

    Defensive back CJ Gardner-Johnson also made headlines at the parade as he wore a rude sweatshirt that took aim at Taylor Swift. 

    The parade began on Friday in South Philadelphia, continuing towards Broad Street as thousands of Eagles fans packed the streets. 

    The route ended at the Philadelphia Museum of Art on the famous ‘Rocky Steps’, where stars including Jalen Hurts addressed huge crowds. 

    Although the shooting unfolded less than a mile from where the Eagles celebrated, it was not directly on the parade route.
