Ghanaian media personality, Okatakyie Afrifa-Mensah, has talked about his perspective on life and work.

Speaking in an interview with Nana Romeo on Accra FM, he was asked why he is no longer working with Angel FM.

Answering the question, Okatakyie stated that everyone has his/her interest and perspective on life. However, he believes if someone employs you, your interest and the employer’s interest must align.

He stated that when is employed, getting a paycheck is not the most vital thing but his interest aligning with the employer so that they can build something.

The former host of Angel FM’s ‘Morning Show’ in Accra added that when it happens the employer’s interest does not align with his, then there’s the need for him to resign.
