A magnitude 5.9 earthquake has rocked one of Australia’s closest neighbours.
The quake struck in Sumatra, in western Indonesia, at a depth of 10km at 11.30am local time on Friday.
There is no tsunami threat to Australia, the Bureau of Meteorology confirmed.
