A Nigerian lady shares an unbelievable story of how she almost married a ghost she met in Lagos in the year 2019.

Via TikTok video, the lady @augustinesplendid narrates how she met the man known as Stone from her hometown, Ebonyi when she newly arrived in Lagos.

Due to the initial tribal connection, both got talking, and very soon, the man would propose marriage to her which she would accept.

Following the tradition that they must take each other to their families for introduction, the lady would go to Stone’s village and he would stand her up at the junction for hours, promising to come pick her up but failing to show up.

After a while, the lady would meet a woman who after some inquires, would reveal that the man in question died a year ago. The woman further disclosed that he was married with five children and a wife who travelled out of the village for the then festive season.

The lady after sharing the tale advises women before marriage to make findings about their partners to avoid experiences like this.
