Ghanaian musician KK Fosu has revealed that he has long aspired to become a parliamentarian, with the goal of better serving the people in his constituency.

The popular artist, known for his contributions to the music industry, shared this ambition during a conversation on Adom TV’s Showtym last weekend.

In the interview, KK Fosu expressed his deep love for Ghana, explaining that his desire to serve the nation is the driving force behind his interest in politics. “I’ve always aspired to be a parliamentarian to better serve the people in my constituency,” he said.

The musician, born Kaakyire Kwame Fosu went on to emphasize that his connection to Ghana goes far beyond his music career. He believes that holding a political office would provide him with the platform to have a more direct and lasting impact on the lives of Ghanaians.

The ‘Anadwo Yede’ Hitmaker further elaborated on his motivation, noting that this is the reason many people have seen him take the lead in demonstrations.

According to KK Fosu, when you are not in positions of power or influence, it becomes very difficult for your voice to be heard or for your suggestions to be taken seriously.

However, he pointed out that being in such a position, particularly in Parliament, would make it much easier for him to advocate for the people and ensure that their needs and concerns are properly addressed.
